Team Assessment

All teams need different things to excel. As a leader it can be difficult to see what is missing for your team. Working with you and your team I will complete a diagnostic of what is working within the team and where there are opportunities for improvement. We will create a sustainable plan to move your team forward and continue to build the team to excel through challenges.

Team Play

Keeping your team working together takes time to know and understand each other. Working with you I will create a tailored session where teams can see each other's styles applied to new contexts that create a deep appreciation for each other. Like all relationships, it is important to create time and space to gain each other's trust.

Leadership Coaching

I have found coaching to be a powerful learning opportunity and I love to partner with my clients to achieve their goals. The space I create with my clients allows them to define the goals that they want to accomplish and then work towards their goals with an unbiased, supportive thought partner. 

Strategy Sessions

The future can get hidden by the day-to-day fires that crop up. Partnering with you and your team we will create an opportunity to zoom out and see the opportunities ahead. Together we will create a clear vision for the future that will engage and enable your team to succeed.

Skill Development

The context of our work continues to change at a rapid pace, and there are times where your team needs to hone in on building a specific skill. I will partner with you to determine the skill development needed and build an interactive workshop to meet that need. We will plan ongoing activities that your team can self guide to keep the skills sharp and in use.
